My days are just flying by, and I am glad to be back into the swing of things. Next week will be much simpler as I'm going to be working just three hours a day. I'm so happy for that as I was only looking to work about 15 hrs or so a week. Just enough to get me out of the house and mixing with people, and not enough to frustrate me or my family. I enjoy the people I'm working with, and so it's all good. I'm blessed to not have to work, but have the choice to do so.
I've had a few minutes here and there to knit this week, so my second sock is coming along nicely. I think I've actually managed to get the pattern fixed into my brain, which sure makes it move along quicker. I'll get some photos posted here soon of my projects.
My neice is working on a pinwheel sweater for her daughter and I can't wait to see it. It's so nice to have someone to share my knitting passion with.

Here is my very first post. This has been a busy week for me. I'm beginning a new job after 15 years of being at home. My daughter is now 13, and I feel the urge to be out more, knowing that she will be fine without my constant presence. Actually, I really feel that God opened the door for me to have this job, and so I want to bloom where I'm planted. Our first day open for business will be Monday, March 8th. I'm so excited! The downside of being out of the house more, is that there's just less time to knit! I've got a list of projects I want to do , and just not enough time. I'm knitting some interesting socks for my mom, that I'll get posted here a.s.a.p.
